PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Gundzik is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including bench and jury trials, arbitration and appeals before federal and state courts throughout California and in other states.

His practice is devoted to complex business litigation, including securities and commodities disputes, consumer and employment claims, including class actions, trademark and copyright infringement, software licensing and development disputes, and litigation concerning environmental contamination and construction and other real estate issues.

Mr. Gundzik has represented clients in the financial services industry, including commodities, securities and for ex brokers, education, software and sales and marketing, among others. Mr. Gundzik has served on the California State Bar's Franchise Law and Cyber Law committees and was involved in reviewing and recommending legislation and in providing education to other California attorneys on these topics.
