PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Gundzik is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including trials, arbitrations and appeals before federal and state courts throughout California.

Her practice is devoted to litigating employment class action matters and handling complex business and real estate disputes involving secured lending, leases, construction defects and bankruptcy. Ms. Gundzik also has significant appellate experience.

Ms. Gundzik has represented clients in the banking and real estate industries, including residential and commercial lenders, real estate developers, owners, and asset managers. She has also represented employees in the automotive, hospitality, retail, transportation, healthcare, education, manufacturing and restaurant industries.
