Hope is a partner at GGH, where she focuses on transactional corporate and securities matters. Prior to joining GGH, she spent a decade working as in-house commercial and product counsel and Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at IAC/City Grid, Yahoo and Tumblr. Hope began her legal career in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP, with her practice concentrated on mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. Hope received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review, the Women’s Law Association and Law Students for Reproductive Justice (now If/When/How), and earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from University of Denver. Hope strongly believes in the importance of giving back to her community and has volunteered with, provided pro bono legal services to, and served on the board of, numerous nonprofits, including Mar Vista Family Center, where she was Chair of the Board of Directors.
Hope lives in Los Angeles with her partner and their rescue dog, Penny.
